Dear Yashodhan, It is indeed the Staff Sergeant. It is in the Goa list of Gaonkar & more recently ZSI but I have not seen one in Goa neither have those who butterfly with me. A good find indeed. Where is this?? At the conservatory?? Doesn't look like.
