Haneesh, I have little firsthand experience with Hymenoptera, other than the parasitoids I found/discovered in my rearing studies, but this "muscular" wasp, as Kishen points out, almost certainly belongs to the Chalcididae -- possibly in the genus Brachymeria. A Google search will undoubtedly tell you more about these efficient hunters, which typically prey on the pupae of Lepidoptera and develop very rapidly.
