You're welcome, Madhuri.
For some odd reason, this reminds me of a line from one of Lewis
Carroll's books (Alice in Wonderland, or Through the Looking Glass) in
which the queen says she believes several impossible things every day
before breakfast. ;)
Take care,
Pat

Folks,
We came across this article:
http://www.answersingenesis.org/articles/2005/09/05/chimp-genome-sequence
It indicates that there are somewhere in the neighborhood of 40
million
differences between the genome of the human and the genome of the
chimp.
There have been approximately 300,000 generations according to the
timeline of evolution.
The article is short. It does make reference to God, but as John
pointed
out, a scientist is free to get a hypothesis from any source he wants.
If humans descended from chimps, we should be SEEING such changes
from
generation to generation. We don't.
John is thinking of writing a computer program which would more
accurately reflect reality, by comparison to Dawkins' Weasel
program. I
doubt if he'll get around to it, but if he does, it should be
interesting. He has already described his design to me.
Take care,
Pat Goltz
