Ideas are dreams of a meet, without well identified organizer team and other details. Proposals are ideas with well identified organizers, their consent taken and have more concrete plan. If you are working on a proposal and need to consult someone before you post it to the group, email to [email protected] and core team will respond to you. The core team is team of people who are involved in meet organization for years. Several of the core team members have successfully organized some meets already and have the required experience in planning and execution.
