Should be Tiny Grass Blue.
I believe they rub their wings to warm up and ease the flow of
hemolymph fluid in the wings and also to catch the attention of birds
towards their hindwing tails that resemble antennae.
Since many of the lycaenids have bright blue colorations on their UP
hindwings, it can also confuse the birds.
