Hi Arjan ji,

If you guys are ready then Arunachal have more dense and unexplored areas to
have Butterfly meets. :)
If group decides, I can take initiatives for a meet in Central Arunachal places
like Dr. Dai Ering Wild Life Sanctuary, Pasighat or Mehao Wild Life Sanctuary,
Roing.
For budgetery point of view, we all know that we had cheapest meets twice in
Arunachal.

Warm Regards

There is a rainforest research station at Agumbe, which we may be able to use.
The butterflies are fantastic in this area.

Dear All
Happy Dasera, Subho Bijaya,

This year we finally manage to have one meet at Garo Hills, that too with only
seven participants. I think the reasons are, our late innitiative and the
budget.
For our meets, I would suggest the cost should not go beyond 5000.00 and we
should start the proceedings for march meet by now.

We have almost 3 - 4 meets in the NE, in recent periods, so as discussed with
Vijay also, we would preferred to have at least one meet in the peninsular
region, in 2012.

Just start dropping your ideas, and if any of you are willing to be the local
organisers, then just drop a constructive budgetary proposal keeping 20
participants in mind.

Lets do it from now itself!!
regards
Arjan
