Over the past two days I've worked mostly on Launchpad to enable the agent to get-or-create a launchpad user. There are two approved branches attached to the bug at:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad-foundations/+bug/598464 but they did not make it in time for the Launchpad 10.06 closure of PQM. I don't think this is a problem as we can land the functionality right after PQM opens again and be testing it on staging (the Launchpad staging system has its own internal xmlrpc servers afaics from the configs). If necessary, we can then request a cherry-pick into production. I've also started on a branch to replace the stubbed Subscription api call with a database back-end. Once that's finished (Monday), I'll be working on the actual meat - the state transitions for subscriptions (from request through to payment complete and returning the deb lines to the client).
