Which project?  I just looked at
myfaces/extensions/validator/trunk/validation-modules/bean-validation/pom.xml
and test-modules/bean-validation-tests/pom.xml which are still using the
RI for compile and tests.

I've updated OpenJPA trunk to use BVAL as the default for our bean
validation tests.
