It looks to me as if the poms duplicate and/or contradict a lot of stuff from the apache 7 poms. I don't really see why so I'm guessing that a parent transplant took place without fully thinking it through?
There are also a bunch of warnings from maven 3. Are the deviations from apache 7 intentional or just unresolved leftovers? I'd be happy to provide a patch if these are unintentional. thanks david jencks
