Hoi!

I'd now like to split 'additional functionality' out of our core packages, e.g. 
all these neat validations like @Email, etc. See BVAL-1

There are 2 reasons for it:
.) they can be used with other JSR-303 implementations too
.) we don't need to expose all our internal packages at compile time
