BVARC has not done anything recently for Kids day. I have let my daughter get on and operate. Last year was a bust for us as my Yaesu died during the event. This year she operated during the early Kids day and made many contacts. It was a lot of fun. What might really be fun is if one of the local big gun stations would be made available. Especially if it had a pool. Then the kids could use a radio that was guaranteed to be heard, and when done operating could play in the pool.
