If you would like to activate the Lighthouse, we need to request permission to 
erect the antenna again.  This will probably not be a problem.  The lighthouse 
property is privately owned, so could be a problem.  Ft. Travis is open to the 
public during the day, but requires a permit for overnight camping.  The MSWE 
permit breaks the ice for further events, but is a one time permit.
