these messages seem to be redundant. if your message is accepted, won't
you see it on the reflector? if it bounces, you will not? why not turn
this feature off? if message is sent by a non-member of the list and
bounces, that person will never know it did not make it because they do
not get the messages that are normally posted to the list.
