i knew this was going to be a hard one. louisiana is just to close for
comfort. have never heard them better than s2/s3 on cw 15m. not sure if they
have been on 20m cw yet, at least not when i have been awake. heard them on
17m cw and could not make a contact.  only have one contact on 20m phone
with them. i knew the close state was going to be a real problem. this may
bust my chance of a WAS on cw with them. where is that link to the super
station that you can do it over the internet with full legal power for a
quarter. hahaha
