I think there should be a change for FD. I know you get points for being in a public place. But I think the change should be for 1 point for each non-ham visitors, even if he/she does not operate the GOTA station. Then again, that might mean having to set up at US59/I69 in those big shipping centers where it goes under the BNSF Railway......
