We are going to MARS again, with the Army
This month we will conclude our series which looks at how amateur radio
interfaces with today's government. Our guest speaker this month will be Ken
Miller, the Assistant State MARS Director of Texas ARMY MARS. Ken will share
with the club how Army MARS is working together with the officials and how
interested operators can get involved.
On July 10, your fellow Houstonian radio operators will be meeting at the
Eldridge Park Community Center to hear a great talk and share in the
camaraderie with other radio aficionados. Please come and join us.
a.. Public service net meets on Mondays on 146.94 (167.9) at 8 PM.
b.. Rag Chew Net: Meets at 7:00 PM on Wednesday nights on 3910 more or less.
