You're probably right Rick...  I think I was still in a morning fog...

It sounded like it was just a test to see how far he could reach via the
repeater.   He said that if you could hear him but could not make contact,
you could submit a contact report on their website...

They must be gearing up for tomorrow's ISIS invasion...
