To all club members, young and old, new members and those with significant
feedline loss HI....
It is ELECTION SEASON.
The VOTE 2014 election committee is looking for a few good women and men to
step up and serve their club.
Being an elected BVARC official on the BVARC Board of Directors is work (not
too much) but it quite a lot of fun.
You get to see and influence how the club is run.
This November, we will be voting for 4 slots:
Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer, a 2 Year At Large member and a 1 Year
At Large member (replacing the ex-President's slot).
No experience in the art of running a Ham Radio club required, but your
dedication to the club and the hobby are certainly welcomed. All of you
newer club members are certainly welcome to run. There are plenty of
mentors and the current President Bill, WS5H, is extremely helpful in
bringing on new members and new ops.
