I would say that there is no minimum distance as there are commercial offerings 
with them both on the same boom, but they will have some mutual effects on 
tuning, so if it is commercial follow the tuning proceedure recommended.  It it 
is home brew, construct the antenna, tune the high freq. antenna first then the 
low freq antenna then iterate until both are the best you can do.  Any 
conductor in the near field will have some effect on resonance, SWR and 
pattern, so either go commercial and let someone else worry about these things
