Come on Michael. Haven’t you ever been in a good old fashioned bar fight? You
have to bob and weave. Go where they ain’t. Be frequency agile Use every
trick in the book.

I've thought often of the recent special events and DXpeditions, that some of
the operators are not doing a very good job of keeping the herd rustled. They
are not giving out their calls often enough; they are not informing of their
listen frequency often enough; they are not operating split when they should
be; they are not controlling the crowd which eventually declines into massive
lid-dom.

I gave up trying last night as the amount of piss poor operation escalated.
Both on phone and cw. Some jack-off was repeatedly sending UP, 1 kc above the
dx. By repeatedly, I mean non-stop.

If this continues I'm gonna give up trying to work these kind of stations.
Just sucks the fun right out of it.

Imagine the confusion if your call was W5QRZ!

worked Cocos on 10 M SSB 28.455 @ 17:24 utc up 8. It was not so easy with many
many calls to him. It would be nice if he gave out his call sign more than
every 30 min. At first I thought he was a Pirate
