Seems you need to make notice ( as I have in the email) that it was sent by
Steve N5ZUA not Steve W9DX. W9DX is not the K5DX repeater trustee for K5DX
repeater. W9DX is the club call trustee for K5DX. If suspected offence was
on 146.94 then TDXS has no controll or policing of that repeater. BVARC has
no controll of the 146.94 either as it is run by PRRL. I know N5ZUA is
Amateur AUX and perhaps send him an email to see if the notice is valid.

What the h*** are you talking about? I've never sent you any notice about
anything! I am the trustee for the 147.36 and 442.000 machines, not the
146.94 repeater.
