I've heard hams talking about it. Live Oak Grill 12935 Dairy Ashford Rd. It's located on Dairy Ashford Rd just north of the RR track crossing at90A. Right after the bend 1/4 mile north from RR Xing. I work a block from there but cannot remember the name. I work two blocks away and have lunch there often.
