Mr. Monsour:

1. I fail to see how my request for assistance from another BVARC member is a 
“board decision”. The last time I checked, we were an amateur radio club and 
not a cult that requires approval by the elders for each and every action.

2. Last time I checked, I was a BVARC member. I get the newsletters regularly. 
I’ve paid dues.

3. Lastly, why such a request, given in good faith, should result in such a 
stern rebuke by you or anyone else.
