Nathan: Telfair is the next development in Sugar Land. Right now most(?) of it is open land. Seems to be centered on Highway 6 before one gets to the Sugar Land airport. This will have ~ 2,800 homes, miles of trails,parks with 70 acres of lakes
This is being managed by C.I.A, Services which is the HOA management company I am allowed an antenna in back of the house no higher than 10 or 20 feet above the house, so there is resonable accomodation M.
