It is with great sadness that I heard about Bill's passing. He was a great
asset to Ham Radio, TDXS and BVARC. I and his other friends remember what he
has done for TDXS, BVARC, MSWE Ten-Ten and Ham Radio in General. His heart was
always in the right place and he did whatever he could to further the clubs and
