got this from one of the pilots for vk9ck

Hi Bruce,
Thanks for your e-mail.

VK9CK will be on the air on all bands for NA. They were on 30m CW for NA
for about 3 hours today, when there were openings.

They are aware of the difference in the "opening-hours" for East, West and
Central U.S., and they will continue to work hams from the whole
continent.

The team reached 7000 QSO's earlier today, and they are probably less than
a day away from 10000. Their goal is to have 3 operators on the air most
of the time, interupted only by a few timeouts now and then. They are 4
hams in total on the island.

They paid much attention to solve local noise problems on 80 and 160m
yesterday.

Good Luck in your continued DX-hunting!

Comment: Will they be on the air 20m phone or cw for Texas? So far, I
have seen my friend with big beam make a 40 and 80 cw contact. But only
see them spotted for a couple hours per day. They are 3 days in and not
much activity.
