if you worked FT4JA, you can go to their website, click on dxpedition, then qsl info

on the qsl info page, there is a link https://secure.clublog.org/logsearch/FT4JA

on that page, you can check to see if you are in the log and after it pops up with your contacts, select Request QSL card

you can select to have the card via Buro for no charge. i did that yesterday and today, my LoTW credit was shown for the contact. woohoo someday a card will show up in the mailwith my other buro cards.
