As a low-time operator, and likely GOTA operator candidate, thumbs up on both
ideas.

Okay, this time I'll try not to screw this up. Here's the URL.

Fellow and Lady BVARCs

I am new to all of this and have never participated in a field day event, so
I'm trying to understand the lingo. What is GOTA, I asked my self, and Google
led me to this post. I don't know how we do things with GOTA at BVARC but this
blog post offers up some good ideas. Maybe we're already doing things in a
similar way, but I thought I would offer this up as a discussion point.
