It's time to support antenna legislation again. HOA CAO national
organization and the ARRL have come to an agreement and here is the
bill in it's current form:

We need to remind our representatives that this bill is still at the
forefront of our radio priorities. This may be the final law ... I
think there is some ambiguity in the language and I would like to see
a minimum antenna height.. say 70' is lower minimum effective height
for 20 meter beam. Anything is better than nothing. Now I see many
business opportunities... aesthetics is the primary concern for the
agreement to work from the HOA point of view. How about a new line of
tubular telescoping towers that can be mass produced so it is cost
effective and strong...
