To avoid confusion, I want to make it clear that I am planning to enter two contests this weekend:
10-10 Summer SSB Contest North American QSO Party, CW The 10-10 contest starts Friday at 7pm ends at 7pm on Sunday (48 hours). Hopefully, you will operate and if you are a member of the local Houston SHOT chapter, you will submit your logs and credit Houston SHOT. Rules can be found at http://www.ten-ten.org/index.php/activity/2013-07-22-20-26-48/qso-party-rule s . (BTW, there is activity on ten as I type this so maybe the weekend won't be a bust.) The NAQP-CW starts at 1pm on Saturday and ends 12:59 am on Sunday morning (12 hours). I am forming a team for TDXS. You do not have to be a member of TDXS or live in the area to be a member of the team. Teams have a maximum of 5 members, but if I get more interest, I can form another team. Rules are at http://www.ncjweb.com/NAQP-Rules.pdf . So far I have interest from K5GQ.any others? You do not have to operate the whole contest for either of these. You can operate as much or as little as you want. The goal is to promote team contesting and to have FUN! Please let me know today if you are interested.
