I copied this article from the ARRL web page.

It sounds like it will be a fun activity . and low stress.

00:00 UTC Dec 17 through 24:00 UTC Dec 18 (Saturday & Sunday)

Just fire up PSK31 and see who you can find to talk with.

No rules except make a confirmed contact using PSK31 ONLY

The EURAO web page for the event is at this link ...

I hope to be on the air sporadically over the weekend

The European Radio Amateurs' Organization (EURAO) will sponsor a "
<http://www.eurao.org/en/node/862> Give PSK31 a Try" QSO party December
17-18 UTC. EURAO says this is not a contest, but "a radio meeting" with a
few "recommendations," rather than rules. SWLs are welcome to participate.

Recommended frequencies are 1.838, 3.580, 7.070, 10.142, 14.070, 18.100,
21.080, 24.920, and 28.120 MHz. Call "CQ EURAO Party." There is no official
exchange.

<mailto:[email protected]> Submit logs "for statistical purposes only" via
e-mail in ADIF format with the filename <call sign>.ADI.

"There will be no results or league tables, only statistical information
about the number of QSOs, countries, call signs, OMs/YLs/clubs, etc.," the
EURAO announcement said.

Certificates of participation will go to stations sending a log that has at
least 10% of the contacts confirmed.
