Subj: Re: [tdxs-list] Ham Radio Cruisers - Departure time?

Ship departs at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Once we are over 12 miles from shore
our IARP licenses become effective. Then, depending on when Lance Rumfield
gets the antennas and equipment set up, we could be on the air that
evening. We can operate anytime we are out of port, so possibly we will be on
the
air Sunday evening.

As for frequencies, we use screwdriver antennas, so no telling where we
will be. Each operator will be signing HP/theircall/MM. We will be able to
give out grid squares, for those who are interested.
