Please know that I am opposed to this legislation in its present form.  As
you surely know, it gives

HOA's carte blanche to delay, permanently, permission to Amateur Radio
Operators to erect even

the simplest of antennae.  Further, it seems that if a Ham should defy the
HOA, and put up a simple

wire, he would be violating a Federal Law and could be penalized severely.

Please reconsider your support of this bill and work with Congress to craft
one that will not destroy

what rights we have and also imperil the future of Amateur Radio.
