Subject: [tdxs-list] W7DXX in ARRL DX CW

W7DXX Multi op single TX remote effort ... not effortless this time! Rig
troubles a couple of times (K3 interface)... computer glitches (AKA cockpit
trouble). It's a complex system that is made to be as simple as possible. The
logger is fantastic... powerful features and yet stays out of the way with the
complex features until you want to use them. All in all, N1MM+ works the best
out of other loggers I have tried and I have come to prefer it. Especially for
Remote operations. We are producing a "lessons learned" to be incorporated
into the instructions.

I had so much trouble running the JA's at first last night due to SSB signal
right on our frequency and some malicious interference that was quite strong.
Finally I guess they gave up... I could have easily done 180 q's per hour in
that run had that not happened... but in the end, we all triumphed over Murphy
and the forces of evil :-)

Remoting is very fun... great way to draft excellent operators to run your
excellent station in a multi/ single configuration. They do the operating
right from their home or preferred location... almost as good as being there.
Networked loggers, Chat room ... and great fun without leaving.. I'm hooked....
next one- CQ WPX CW ... 73, Pat
