Gee thanks. I never thought that. I'm elmering an elderly 30 year inactive ham. His stereo earphones are 1/8" stereo but he is temporarily using a TS430 (1/4" mo) to "learn." I've tried every permutation of 1/8, 1/4, stereo, mono but it only comes out one earphone. Yet they do work stereo on a rcvr with 1/8 receptacle.
