We were to select a simplex frequency for 2 meter HTs for coordination and
signaling use durning setup and teardown, not for operation. 146.55 is ok
for that use, and is what I already have programmed into my HTs. Simplex
operation during FD is a horse of a differing color, and not limited to a
single frequency. The whole idea, if we do it, is multiple modes, not just
FM. Check the FD rules.
