What's wrong with the current name?
A redesign of the header to look more up to date is all that might be
needed, possibly using a different font, as to content, why change it,
other than need to include a copy of "Membership Application" in about
every third or fourth edition.!
When I joined, it was from an application left at the original HARS
location in 2003 or earlier..
Have been a member of BVARC since 2003 & took the Tech Course offered by
BVARC's Elmer & passed the Tech exam at the Hamfest in 2004 at the
Community Center in Sugar Land.

Now in Deer Park, often check in on an ICOM HT bought in 2004, hits the
repeater with 5 watts easily from 35 miles.
