I assume you mean 200-300 watts which is not
a significant upgrade from 100 watts. Also consider
linears with 120 VAC requirements not 240 VAC like
some of the big PAs. A used AL-80B for ~$1,000 is
a good choice. Keep away for Heath Kit SB-200 and
220 PAs as they would need some repairs and/or
update mods. The tube rigs with 3-500 triodes are
nice since that tube is rugged and fairly cheap,
