Nice score Allen... thanks for the 2 Q's!

Excuses... yep, I have a bunch too. We are back in Ohio and our son, his
fiance and the 3 grand kids came up from Texas for a weekend visit... guess
they missed their Papa Jim!! Anyway, as they say, there are things much
more important than ham radio; God, family and a bunch of other stuff.

Band QSOs Pts Sec Mt2 Pt/Q
   3.5 160 160 37 0 1.0
     7 269 269 43 2 1.0
 Total 429 429 80 2 1.0
Score: 35,178

I bought a new radio and had it hooked up in time, a K3S with a bunch of
goodies for the innards. I really can't blame that, as it operates the
same, but "hears" much better. In hooking the new rig up, I found my
receive antenna is not working for some reason, so I had to improvise on
that. I got a 5 hour late start, the first hour was great 135 QSOs, but
after that, I started to have interruptions, the grandson had a bizzilion
questions, so I had to stop and answer them. All-in-all, I had a great
time and am looking forward to the playing lots of radio with my new rig.
