Hi Bob,

I too have a Flex-1500 and have been bedeviled by the cheesy antenna connection 
to the board. It has Ben repaired 3 times at the factory, and is again loose. I 
have one of the first units (s/n 0510). One year At Dayton I talked with the 
designer of the 1500 and he admitted that the board didn’t have sufficiently 
large pads to make a strong attachment for the connector. I am curious if this 
is the reason that you put a new connector on the board.
