deeper.......<http://betteroffbitcoin.com/a-protocol-for-offline-bitcoin-over-radio-transactions/>Do
this with compressed Pactor, or any ARQ mode, and it's pretty much hidden on

hobby may be heading if you don't speak out. Please let your ARRL directors and
your congressional members know that they urgently must step in at the FCC to
stop/withdrawal  NPRM-16239,  and that the FCC must immediately enforce Part 97
rules and its 95-2106 and 13-1918 rulings, and halt any action on the recent
"tech upgrade" proposal that would unleash more HF wideband digital repeaters
for this type of traffic.73 ted N9NB

sure how to address this properly, but I do not think widespread knowledge of
this sort of stuff is good for amateur radio. I expect more attempts to exploit
it.Definitely supports Ted's concerns about encryption. All done off normal
telecom monitoring. Money transfer definitely seems pecuniary.Could a drug
smuggler/people smuggler set up a big delivery and get paid?Could a terrorist
cell receive funding this way?Or could you do routine business transactions
over Winlink using Bitcoin? Boat Motor parts? Hotel reservations? Stocks?
Crime?<!--
