I'm attaching an example, taken today (March 21) from the Lake Charles Weather balloon (closest one from Houston that goes up) at 12Z. I won't run through all the numbers, but you can see at 10m (33 feet) the temp was 8.8c (47.84f). At the 315m (1033 feet) mark the temp was 12.8c (55.04f). From there, the altitude continues to rise but the temps begin to fall again.
