I apologize that I accidentally sent the Membership Form request to the entire
reflector. It must have been there when I intended to "reply to all" which I
thought was only several people that I included in the original e-mail. Oops.
In general, I strongly request that people DON'T do a "reply to all" unless it
is necessary. Again, my apologies.
