There will be a planning meeting for the Quad club or Mega Field Day this
Sunday, May 26th, 2019. 

 

It will held from 2pm to 4pm at the Fuddruckers at the Fountains on the
Southwest Freeway in Stafford.

I know it is Memorial Day weekend but Field Day is fast approaching so it is
time for a least one organizational meeting. 

 

If you can make it that would be great. However if you are not able to make
it, please send me any questions or concerns that you have so we can get
them answered (hopefully). 

 

Please send this e-mail to any other people that may be planning to provide
services or help out with Field Day that may not be able to make it.
