What can be done to fix it then? If 40 and 80 are compromised, this location is compromised.

I’m not sure that a light pole is within his purview. Depends on who owns the light. It could be deemed customer equipment.

The gate was open because of grass cutters. I went in and made some noise measurements. The light pole near the house still has noise with max noise around 3.750, 7.100 and some on 14.200. I walked 100 feet north of the pole and the noise was reduced but still detectable.

The current design with the CW manlift being in the parking area will have the beam pointing right at the light pole. Putting it on the other side, north of the road, would be better.
