Chuck is putting together a list of counties that are going to on the air during the Texas QSO Party. Please read his e-mail below and respond to him with your call, the county you will activate, on which day, mode of operation and your call. He will post the final list on the TXQP web site.
Nizar K0NM The Texas QSO Party is coming soon. September 14-15 (9am-9pm CDT Saturday and 9am-3pm CDT Sunday). Check the <http://www.txqp.net> TQP website for additional information including rules, official county abbreviations etc. Also there you will find a 2019 Routes link to <http://www.txqp.net/index.php/2014-03-17-17-47-44/routes-2019> Counties on the Air page containing maps that I'm in the process of building showing planned activity -- right now we are showing activity from 152 of the 254 Texas counties. So we are making progress toward all 254 but there are still 102 counties needing activity. Regardless of whether you plan to be mobile or fixed I'd like to add your planned operation to the map. If you are planning to operate in the QSO party please send me the following info as a reply to this email and I will post it ASAP. If you have already responded to this request, thank you and please disregard this request, but you might want to check out the maps to see who else is going to be on from your county(s). Fixed Stations: Call sign, County, Days of operation, Mode (Phone Only, CW Only, Mixed) Mobile Stations: Call sign, Sequential list of counties for each day, Days of Operation, Mode The info can be in any format but the following examples show the preferred Fixed station N5ABC operating only on Saturday, mixed mode, from Montgomery county N5ABC(SAT-MIX)=Montgomery Fixed station K5XYZ operating on both days, phone only, from Kerr county K5XYZ(SAT-SSB)=Kerr K5XYZ(SUN-SSB)=Kerr Mobile station NO5W operating on both days from the listed counties on CW only NO5W/m(SAT-CW)=Blanco,Comal,Hays,Caldwell,Guadalupe NO5W/m(SUN-CW)=Gillespie,Kimble,Sutton,Edwards,Kinney,Uvalde,Real,Kerr Once I have your info I will put your planned operation on the maps that are accessible from the TQP website.
