And technically, it's NOT the BVARC rptr. It is the Pasadena Radio Relay
League...it's been around since the 1960s. BVARC just uses the rptr for the
nets, etc. However it should have better coverage than it does ..damn thing
is an alligator, more mouth than ears...decades ago it wasn't when it was
