Great photos!!

They had a 4-8-8-4 wheel arrangement, which meant they had four wheels on the leading set of "pilot" wheels which guided the*engine*, eight drivers, another set of eight drivers, and four wheels following which supported the rear of the locomotive. Well my wife and I drove to Eagle Lake and saw it arrive.   We had initially parked down the track from where it stopped. We drive up to closer and found a parking spot right off. We stayed 10 or 15 minutes, the crowd was very deep.Traffic was snarled, what this train did to this  little town! We drove east on 90A to where the track and road came together. We were pretty well with it until we came to the bridge construction on the west side of Rosenberg and the said good by..My I phone video didn't get good audio and I was hand holding it.  I think the whistle was just too loud and clipped.  I did get a bunch of stills that I need to download and sort. The experience of riding next to a big steam engine is one of the joys of my life.  I have chased 4449, 844, 3985 and the Colorado narrow gauge, 4014 is the biggest.

    Thank you Dwayne,
