I use Dropbox. There is a free version that is very useful for thing like this
and for family.
Put the files in a compressed (Zip) folder; put them in Dropbox and when the
files are
uploaded you can access a link address to put in your email.

Subject: [BVARC] Large Attachments On The Reflector

I am asking as nice as possible to refrain from sending large attachment on the
reflector. Some people have smaller mailbox size limits. Today’s 6 MB
attachment followed by the 23 MB attachment caused my mailbox to exceed it
limits and my provider to bounce all subsequent emails.

There are several services available to store large attachments so that a link
can be provided.

Thank you,

Bob Stroupe
