Alex,
There is probably not much to see on these floater balloon launches, like the BIG High Altitude package that gets launched from Wharton each September. The floaters just get gassed up and carefully let go. Then itโs just watching the screen for hours, days, or longer on their progress. ๐ Check out the ZOOM video conferencing session of you want to see some of what is happening remotely. There should be several others from around the country to report real time on the what is being seen or heard. Hope that helps, Walter/K5WH From: BVARC <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Alexander Park via BVARC Sent: Wednesday, December 18, 2019 4:36 PM To: BRAZOS VALLEY AMATEUR RADIO CLUB <[email protected]> Cc: Alexander Park <[email protected]> Subject: [BVARC] Balloon launch Hello this is Alex and I have a question about the balloon launch event. Do you go to the event or do you just receive the signal? Thank You, Alex
